Project autoplot-test141

This test is based on Test140.java, which takes a URL which is one of:
<ul>
<li> a list of URIs to test, one URI per line.
<li> an autoplot bookmarks file, or
<li> a web page with http://autoplot.org/autoplot.jnlp URLs.
</ul>
This tests:

<li>149: http://jfaden.net/~jbf/autoplot/testSav.txt
</ul>
