This test is based on Test140.java, which takes a URL which is one of:

• a list of URIs to test, one URI per line.
• an autoplot bookmarks file, or
• a web page with http://autoplot.org/autoplot.jnlp URLs.

This tests:

• 143: https://github.com/autoplot/dev/test143.txt  (GitHub.com test allowing more distributed control)
