Project autoplot-test144

This test is based on Test140.java, which takes a URL which is one of:
<ul>
<li> a list of URIs to test, one URI per line.
<li> an autoplot bookmarks file, or
<li> a web page with http://autoplot.org/autoplot.jnlp URLs.
</ul>

Note this may fail immediately because the first URI contains extended characters.  This was fixed, but is now broken again, and to facilitate identifying the bug this is the first test.  See https://sourceforge.net/p/autoplot/bugs/2108/

This tests:
