Project autoplot-test142

This test is based on Test140.java, which takes a URL which is one of:

• a list of URIs to test, one URI per line.
• an autoplot bookmarks file, or
• a web page with http://autoplot.org/autoplot.jnlp URLs.

This tests:

•142: https://cottagesystems.com/~jbf/autoplot/test142.txt  -- only public web-accessible URIs
